Tom and Tania were married at St Columb Minor church with their reception held at the Hotel Victoria in Newquay. It was a damp, drizzly day however this did not affect the enjoyment of the guests or the bride and groom. Their’s was one of the happiest weddings I have had the pleasure of photographing, rounded off beautifully with some energetic greek dancing!

Wedding Fayre a great success
Thanks to everyone involved in the wedding fayre we held at the Atlantic hotel on 25th March, the day was a great success with lots of people coming through the doors. Our catwalk shows were very popular - thanks to Linda at “Bride” in Penzance for organising them, also to Graham from “the Xperience” disco for keeping everyone entertained throughout the day. We had around 40 exhibitors including jewellers, cake makers, florists, chocolate fountain, travel agent with honeymoon ideas, balloon modellers, hen party ideas, favours, hair and make-up artists so thanks to everyone for attending.
SPRING WEDDING FAYRE – ATLANTIC HOTEL NEWQUAY – 25TH MARCH 2012
Our Spring Wedding Fayre at the Atlantic Hotel is coming up – 25th March – 11am – 4pm – Free entry and a complimentary glass of bubbly on arrival. A great way to spend a Sunday afternoon for brides and grooms to be – we have a host of wedding companies in attendance, including florists, cake makers, travel agent for honeymoon ideas, entertainers, chocolate fountains, bespoke jewellers, bridal boutiques ………….. the list goes on. Come and join us for an afternoon of leisure in the wonderful surroundings of the Atlantic hotel, browse the hotel at your leisure, chat with wedding companies in a relaxed setting, watch our catwalk show and hopefully gain some inspiration for your big day!

Newborn, Lola Sophia.
Welcome to the world baby “Lola Sophia”. At 7 days old, Lola is definitely my youngest subject to date and what a beautiful baby! As a mother of 2 myself, I understand how quickly babies change and grow, so it’s wonderful to be able to capture moments in a child’s life to treasure forever. Thanks to Hayley, her lovely mum and here’s hoping for many more newborn baby shoots.

Iris & Phil’s wedding at Crantock church and the Bay hotel, Newquay.
It was a glorious day for the wedding of Iris & Phil at Crantock church, which was great news as the transport to the church was by horse and carriage. The bride’s dress was a lovely creation by Benjamin Roberts, the table decorations were provided by “lovelyfavours.com” of London, and the flowers by “Rafflesia” from Crantock. It was a beautiful wedding and I wish you both the very best for the future. Thanks for letting me be part of your day. x

Had a fun session with Sam in the studio – not the favourite place for a teenage boy but we managed to have a laugh and get some fun images. Watch this space for Sam – he is a future fencing champion in the making!
Showtime rehearsals.
What a fabulous showtime this year at the Hall for Cornwall. I was privileged to be able to be at the final dress rehearsal during the morning of the shows and was incredibly impressed by the dedication and hard work of all the children involved, not to mention the teachers. Showtime is a culmination of months of training and preparation which was evident in the professionalism and slick organisation of the event. Well done to everyone involved and I look forward to the next show!
